Three briefs, one product, one question: will AI replace UX designers? You watch Claude and Figma Make take it from an evidence pack to a tested, red-teamed prototype, with every decision owned by a human designer.

Investigate, not design

Claude reads the SupportFlow evidence pack and separates evidence, assumptions, contradictions and unknowns. No screens yet.

Generate the UX architecture

Role-based task flows, information architecture, a state model, a permissions matrix and edge cases, modelled before any screen.

Build the prototype in Figma Make

A product-spec prompt turns the escalation workflow into an interactive prototype with real loading, error and permission states.

Break your own design

A red-team prompt hunts failure modes: unclear ownership, missing states, permission risks and unrecoverable actions.

From critique to iteration

Fix one high-risk issue, rerun the same escalation task and compare before and after. The improvement has to show in the workflow.

The human design decision

Three directions, one trade-off matrix. The room picks a direction on the evidence, names what stays unsolved and what to test first.

Is this really worth paying for?

Eighty of the ninety minutes are working knowledge — a live demo, a checklist, and a worksheet you keep. The price filters the room for people who actually want to learn, which makes the session better for everyone in it. We deliberately don't run free webinars for this audience.

I can't make the live time — should I still register?

Yes. Everyone who registers gets the recording, the checklist, and the worksheet within an hour of the live session ending. You won't miss anything material.

What's the catch with the credit-toward-cohort offer?

No catch. If you enroll in the cohort within 7 days, your workshop fee comes off the seat price. If you don't, you still keep everything from the workshop. The offer is on the last slide — not pushed through the session.

Do I need MCP set up to attend?

No. You watch the demo on my screen. You'll audit your own file with the worksheet — that only needs Figma. If you want to set up MCP after the workshop, the checklist PDF has a section on how.

What's the refund policy?

Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions. After the workshop runs, no refunds — but you still get the recording and the materials, so you didn't lose anything.
