We focused on understanding our customers by searching and gathering information about their business. We understood our user goals and business goals during this phase by defining a user persona.
The data we collected from various sources were investigated, and a few conclusions were drawn. We defined user problems and came up with possible solutions. Strategies were drawn to proceed forward by keeping in mind all the relevant issues.
To layout all that information into the interface of our product, making wireframes is a necessary step. We initially made sketches to facilitate visual hierarchies and structure. Then proceeded to digitize them into Lo-Fi prototype.
The visuals were constructed to give it a sporty and trendy look to feel enticed. We also designed keeping in mind the overall experience of the entire booking journey.
