AI-Accelerated UX/UI Mastery · A GoProtoz cohort program
A 4-week live cohort for senior UX/UI designers — 3 to 7+ years in. Build one running case study across the full AI-augmented workflow. Leave with a portfolio piece, a working AI stack, and the one skill no other program teaches: making your design system AI-readable.
Upskilling Teams Globally
Who this is for
Built for senior practice.
Not for first steps.
You should join if
You’ve shipped UX/UI work for 3+ years and you’re ready to operate as a senior on AI-augmented teams.
You can run interviews, build wireframes, and apply a type system without being taught fundamentals.
You want to be early to the agent era, not retrofitting your skills under deadline in 2027.
You’re willing to spend ~6 hours a week on a real running case study — not toy exercises.
This is not for
Beginners or career-switchers without prior design experience.
Designers looking for a 50-tool tour of AI without depth on any of them.
People expecting AI to do the design while they watch.
Anyone who treats AI like a magic wand instead of a junior designer they have to direct.
New to design? You’re not shut out
Beginners are welcome — once you’ve got the basics down.
This cohort assumes you can already drive Figma. If you’re just starting out, that’s fine — it’s a short on-ramp, not a closed door. Learn the fundamentals first, ship a couple of real screens, then come back and take your seat. We’ll hold the door open.
01
Learn the Figma fundamentals
Frames, auto-layout, components, and a basic type system. Our beginner track gets you there in a few focused weeks.
02
Ship a few real screens
Build a small project or two so the senior-level pace here feels like momentum, not catch-up.
03
Come back and take your seat
When you can wireframe and apply a type system without hand-holding, you’re ready. The cohort will be waiting.
The capstone
One product. Four weeks. A portfolio piece.
No disconnected exercises. Across four weekends you build PaisaFlow — a UPI-first savings app for Tier-2 Indian college students — from raw research to a verified, AI-readable, shippable product. The capstone is the case study, advancing every weekend.
What you ship by the end
Research synthesis. 8 interview transcripts, 2 evidence-anchored personas, a journey map for first-goal-completion.
IA & flows. A complete sitemap, three critical user flows, 12 wireframes built and then refactored by hand.
Visual system. A three-tier token architecture in Figma Variables, 15 components, 24 hi-fi screens in light and dark — auditable against the 9-point AI-readability test.
Working handoff. A clickable prototype, a Cursor + Framelink MCP handoff that generates accurate CSS variables, an accessibility audit across all 24 screens, and a 1,500-word case study with honest AI disclosure for your portfolio.
The case study
“AI accelerates your taste. It doesn’t replace it.”
— the closing line, every cohort
The four modules
Compressed. Senior. Honest.
Each weekend is two hours of teaching plus live AI demo on Saturday, then two hours of hands-on studio and live critique on Sunday. Plus ~6 hours of async work between weekends, advancing your case study.
Week 1
01 / Module
AI for Research & Discovery
The synthesis hierarchy — codes, themes, insights, opportunities. Where AI accelerates you and where it lies. Persona generation that doesn’t invent. The discipline: evidence anchoring.
Week 2
02 / Module
AI for IA, Ideation & Wireframing
Prompt-to-wireframe with UX Pilot, Banani, Figr AI. Why first drafts are dangerous. The senior skill is killing 19 of the agent’s 20 answers in four minutes. The discipline: restraint.
Week 3 · The signature week
03 / Module
Our differentiator
Visual Design & AI-Readable Systems
Three-tier tokens. Component libraries an agent can read. The 9-point AI-readability checklist — the discipline no other course teaches as of 2026. A live MCP demo brackets the lesson.
Week 4
04 / Module
Prototyping, Handoff & Workflow
Lovable, Base44, and Cursor + Framelink MCP. The 2026 handoff. Accessibility in the AI era. Workflow integration into your daily practice. The discipline: verify before you ship.
Our defining differentiator
The 9-point AI-readability checklist.
The discipline no other UX program teaches as of 2026. A real, tactical test that runs in 30 minutes on any Figma file, telling you whether an AI agent can actually read your design system. We teach it at full depth in Week 3.
The proof
51% → 89%
When Stripe reorganized their design tokens for AI consumption in early 2026, their AI-generated UI code acceptance jumped from 51% to 89% overnight. That’s the payoff of passing this test.

Three tiers. One cohort.
Capped at 15 seats so the critique stays real — that’s not marketing scarcity, it’s the actual limit for one instructor running this depth of feedback. Early-bird closes when seats hit 10.

Is the case study a class project, or a portfolio piece?
Portfolio piece. PaisaFlow is built end-to-end across four weekends — research, IA, system, prototype, MCP handoff, accessibility audit, 2,000-word case study with AI disclosure. By Sunday of Week 4 you're publishing to Figma Community, Notion, and your portfolio. The capstone is the case study; there is no separate "final pro
What's the actual time commitment?
16 hours live (Saturday + Sunday, 2 hours each, 4 weekends) plus ~6 hours of async work per week. That's ~10 hours per week total. Weeks 3 and 4 are more demanding because the case study compounds — budget 12 hours each.
Can my employer pay for this?
Often yes. We have an L&D reimbursement letter template you can adapt — outlines the curriculum, deliverables, and learning outcomes. Most L&D teams approve programs in this range. Ask us if you need the template.ll in the cohort within 7 days, your workshop fee comes off the seat price. If you don't, you still keep everything from the workshop. The offer is on the last slide — not pushed through the session.
What's different about this versus Memorisely / DesignLab / Awwwards Academy?
The honest answer: those programs go deeper on different things. Memorisely is stronger on prompt-to-production-code. DesignLab is stronger on portfolio mentoring. We win where they don't — on the AI-readable design system discipline (the 9-point test, MCP handoff at full depth, and the agent-era handoff process) and on senior-designer-respecting compression. If you want depth on the agent-era specifically, this is the cohort. If you want the others' specialties, take those.
How do I know if I'm senior enough?
If you've shipped UX/UI work in a real product for 3+ years and you can build a wireframe, run an interview, and apply a type system without being walked through the basics, you're the audience. The cohort assumes those fundamentals and teaches what changes about them when AI joins your workflow.
