• We are looking for a UX researcher to join our team. You will be responsible for helping define and drive the future of our products. You will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and performing usability studies. These responsibilities also include inspiring change, delivering oral and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the Design team better understand what would make a user’s experience more intuitive, accessible, and seamless.

Responsibilities :

• As a UX researcher, you'll need to:
• meet clients to gather information about their requirements and to find out what needs researching, designing or usability testing
• be involved in sketching, prototyping and on occasion user testing, before passing the design onto the development team.
• understand qualitative research methods.
• have an awareness of costs and budgets.
• put users at the centre of a design to make it simple, easy to use and good looking.
• be confident in your presentation skills in order to present the stages of the design development to business users .
• work closely within a multidisciplinary team, including web developers and programmers.

• Role Description:
• Business development managers play a crucial role in the success of an organization. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Designing graphics user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
• Create original graphics designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).

Experience/Qualifications:

• 3-8 years of experience in creating visuals across web & mobile.
• Expertise in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Sketch and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision).
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Degree in Visual Arts, BFA etc will be a bonus.
• Have a great taste in visual design (backed by a good portfolio).
• Ability to create visuals for mobile (ios & android), web apps & responsive websites.
• Proficient with a range of design tools; an expert in at least 2 design tools (Sketch preferred).
• Expert on exporting assets & designing UI based on platform standards.
