We were approached with the concept and it was expected to be exceptionally captivating from the users point of view. The major challenges were. We made the designs such that it would leave a positive impact on the users of the Skillab platform.
We understand the experience, situation and emotion of the person who we are working for.
We process and synthesize the findings in order to form a user point of view that needs to be addressed.
We focus on idea generation. We explore a wide variety and large quantity of ideas to go beyond the solutions.
We build to think. A simple and fast way to shape ideas so users can experience and interact with them.
We identified that the design was to be built considering the highly knowledgeable audience who are skilled, working professionals and experts. We had to do a thorough user research to understand human psychology and behaviour of people in offline communities. We even interviewed industry professionals about their workplace environments.
After being aware of the important objectives, we understood the emotions of the users along with their pain points. Our research team came up with affinity mapping, keeping in mind all the data we had gathered.
We designed high fidelity wireframes and prototypes, which acted as a skeleton for the actual product development. The prototype went through multiple levels of verification and corrections.
The platform had to be given a gamified look. Many dynamically rich icons and characters were built, which were later incorporated within the design.
