We were approached with the concept of designing a food menu app where customers had to just scan the QR Code in order to get the complete details of the menu card.
We had to find human-centric problems while placing an order in a dine-in restaurant. We interviewed a few people, researched, created competitor analysis including elements such as consumer requirements, perspectives to minimize the spread of Covid-19, the experience of digital orders, reservations and payments, minimal interaction and much more.
After getting the detailed analysis of user problems, their needs and desires, we got a sum of conclusions such as:
In the ideation phase, we created wireframes which helped our clients discover the solutions proposed to them, based on our competitive research and analysis.
The task sheet was expected to be minimal but having a refined look. The non appearance of distractions and thought-out typography make the content highly readable, making the app easy to use in any environment and on-the-go.
